そのなかで、私の人生を導いてくれた言葉をシェアします。

人生が「自己実現と自己完成」の両輪であり、決して他者の犠牲になることが魂の目的ではなく、自己実現なくして自己完成されないことを、誰もが理解できていたら、努力する自分も、努力する他者も応援できる…と思います。

そしてエナジーワークの瞑想には「自己実現」のためのツールがあり、その瞑想ツールを使うことで「自己完成」に近づくことができます。つまり毎日のエナジーワーク、その瞑想を積み上げる努力は、自己実現と自己完成の両輪となり、まるで自転車をこぐように進化できるーだから、私はエナジーワーカーが大好きで、応援したくなるのです。

THE KNOWER

The Knower has a different method from that of the mystic. His is the directing of the intellect to the object of its search; his is the way of mind, and its discipline and control. He steadies the mind; he stops its versatility and focusses it; he seeks out after God; he divorces himself from feeling and is not interested in his own personal satisfaction, for the mind is the “common-sense”, and in its highest use is dowered with the faculty of synthesis, of Wholeness.

He will, as Dr. Muller-Freinenfels puts it, "no longer speak of 'his' soul, but of the universal soul which manifests itself in him, and unfolds itself in him as in all other creatures, and will endure even though this illusion of individuality perishes... He will live his life as 'life', that is, as self-realisation and self-completion, with the consciousness that it is not merely his own self that is being realised and perfected, but the universe, the deity, of whom this apparent self is a part." 「knower-知る者」は、神秘主義者とは異なる方法を持っている。

彼は知性を探求する対象に向ける。それは「マインドを統御する道」である。 彼はマインドを安定させ、神を追い求める。 感情から自分を切り離し、自分の個人的な満足に興味を持たない。 マインドは "常識 "であり、その最高の使用において、総合的であり、完全性を保っている。

ミュラー＝フライネンフェルス博士が言うように… 「もはや彼は "自分の魂”について語るのではなく、彼の中に現れ、他のすべての生きとし生けるものと同じように、彼の中に展開する普遍的な魂について語るのである。彼は自分の人生を "自己実現と自己完成の人生”として生きるようになる。実現され完成されつつあるのは、単に自分自身ではなく、この見かけの自己がその一部である宇宙、神であることを意識しながら"」
